interesting item to 3rd Battalion on e-bay

I'm the seller of this item - if anyone can add any further information I'd be very grateful. I was told that this is the sample sent to the Colonel for his approval. I note that the Eagle has the number 62 on it - but on the shoulder title the number is absent - is this significant?
